After our posts last week showing each of the projects of the 52m£ invested in Hull by the EU , we will this week talk about another huge investment of the EU in this city:The Energy Works.
The Energy Works at Hull cost 200m£!This is not a joke!The video above is from February 2019 and is from the Spencer's Group.

Energy Works,Hull-A Brief Introduction
Energy Works will be the first facility of its kind in the UK, using a combination of innovative renewable energy technologies to achieve a highly efficient mix of recycling and energy conversion processes. Energy Works (Hull) Ltd has selected global environmental engineering specialist M+W Group as preferred bidder to design and build the facility. M+W is working with Hull-based specialist engineering business Spencer Group to develop plans to deliver the project and guarantee local employment during construction.
